The dark choc is my favourite flavour. I leave them out is the lounge as i spend most if my time there. Super handy to have them in reach for a snack. I usually feel the difference in the early hours of the morning after a deceny stretch of sleep.

So I bought these 3 flavours and the hot choccy, firstly these definitely work for me 🙌 and I love all the cookies I've tried but my fave is the peanut ones 😍 the hot chocolate isn't too bad either have one in the morning and mix with Milo if I'm not wanting too much of the hot choccy flavour. Recommend all 😍

These have been a great wee boost to get my supply up for the freezer stash. Highly recommend this protein powder! It tastes great! The high protein is great, I have it with one frozen banana and high protein almond milk and it tastes amazing!! Love that it’s dairy free also. Will definitely purchase more.

I love the boobie blend! I usually mix it into my porridge, add it to a smoothie, sprinkle on top of yoghurt on my cereal or just mix it straight into my yoghurt with a spoonful of berries. Whenever I run out my milk supply seems to drop! It’s the best milk booster imo
