Instead of reading “She Believed”, there was no “d” so it read “She Believe”. This was not enough to send a complaint, but since you have asked, I will be honest with you. Quick and responsive everything came as listed and was in good condition. Plus seller went out of way to message and make sure everything was okay

The person loved the watch however, I need to have the case replaced it was badly damage during shipment . I would like give the person a replacement of the damage case so that they store the watch in it .

Although the lid was intact, it still separates from the hinge when opening the box. Prior to a fixing the lid to the hinge, a little bit of wood glue should solve this reoccurring issue.

The wooden box with the light was a great touch. My son loved it!! It also showed up quicker than expected around the holidays.

The memorial looks great in the box. It seems well made and sturdy. I haven't put it outside yet. Time will tell. I hope it holds up to the weather.
