I like the patches. I was a firefighter for 25 years and have been cleaning houses for over 40 years. This and life in general as I am 61 years old, has taken a toll on my body, mostly right knee. I was very skeptical but I ordered theses anyway as both of my knees were in great pain. I have had xrays showing bone on bone in both knees. I had shots several times over a year or so which work but wear off and are not good for you. The first day I felt just a little better and slowly over about a week to 10 days I can walk and go up and down stairs. I still have a stab of pain every so often but its is greeat how I feel.

I am applying the patch daily, faithfully and I also use a knee sleeve for support. My knee feels better, but occasionally I get some twinges of a sharp pain, like bone on bone. But, I can walk unaided on a golf course, do yard work and wearing a fitbit, I log 10,000 steps at least 4 to 5 days a week. At 71 years old, I guess I'm doing better than some.
