Before I started using the patches my knees were hurting. When I first used the patches the first day I could feel the relief. I work on a school bus as a monitor busing 3, 4 snd 5 year olds to Head Start for the special education schools where I live. It's up and done a lot and getting on and off the bus. These patches help out a lot and I am able to do my job. I have not used much of my pain pills hardly at all. I also put new ones on for bedtime for added comfort and ease in the morning.
