It took my skin about 3 weeks to get use to it! I broke out in a rash, but love how it takes pain away👍I use 1 on my shoulder too but it sticks better to shoulder. You should throw in some kind of sleeve so you don’t have to medical tape it down. I am an active person so I don’t wear dress’s!

I have worn cartlidge in my knee and often get pain if I over do it, stand too much or go out shopping. I find the patch relieves or prevents the pain and I can go about doing what I have to do. I flip the patch with the longer pieces down as my paint is more at the top of my knee as this works better for me. The patch stays on really well. I am really pleased with the results.

I go up and down basement stairs alot. I have bad knees and I have to do a lot of walking at times and it allows me to get through my day a lot better. But I also believe the little magnets help as well and this last bunch I got didn't have any magnets? Is there a way to get the magnets. Had I known to keep and reuse the magnets I would have. But they have been a life saver and I would recommend them to anyone. I have even used them on my shoulders and they help them as well.
