Delivered right after the day I placed my order. Each set is neatly packed in a box and the duvet comes with a case/bag. Quality is superb and feels so soft and premium. Will definitely purchase again.

I thought I was scammed at first because my order was delivered more than 2 wks after I paid via online transfer. I sent several follow-up emails but was never replied to. I already gave up and told myself to charge it to experience. But to my surprise I got a text message from the courier regarding delivery of the item. It was worth the wait bec I love the quality of the product. The fitted sheet is perfect! I will surely order again. Hopefully, delivery will be faster in my next order.

Really fast transaction and great same day delivery! I’m not sure what the thread count is but I will say, the sheets are SO SOFT. I got the duvet filler as well and let me tell you, it’s difficult to get out of bed. Definitely worth trying!

The item itself is amazing. But in terms of the delivery, Neatens forgot to bundle it together with the other item I ordered. However, despite this issue, Neatens was still able to send the item over the following day. Kudos to Neatens customer service!

This is our second purchase! We loved our sheets so much that we bought another set in this beautiful sage green. Breathable, soft fabric and fits well on an 8-inch mattress.

Very affordable for the quality it gives! Didn't know there was a set with this price. Since usually the sets I see cost way more. Really happy with my purchase and will definitely order again.
