Ordered this for my Pugs 4th birthday. Took less than a week to receive the digital file, even requested some changes and they were very quick to respond and make the adjustments. Also ordered the canvas, still haven't received it but its because i did request a background change, i have no doubts it will come out looking great. Would definitely recommend!!!

The card itself is very nice! But it took about 2 months to get to us so that was unfortunate. Overall decent customer service just wish I had known ahead of time how long it was going to take to get delivered.

They were great!!!! They submitted the first draft, I had some edits, and the second draft was perfect! I didn't care for the plastic case I purchased extra for the card, the plastic was milky and scratched easily, but the canvas and card turned out better than I could have imagined, and even with the editing they STILL got it in time for Valentine's Day! 10/10 would recommend.

i wish you had made it clearer that it is $40 to have it drawn and another $30 to make a canvas. also im dumb and thought it was gonna be the size of a regular card.
