When they arrived, I took ond broke one down. Took it out to my fire pit and took a lighter that had no fluid, and the first spark set it off! I love it❗ Now I'm waiting for the opportunity to use it in the woods. Thanks guys❗🇺🇸

Sorry, I don't have a picture to share, but I tried these as soon as I got them and they are amazing. I also had no trouble using the ferro rod and striker to light them, and I'd never used a ferro rod before. I highly recommend these!

I use the fire plugs all the time. I have a fire pit on my farm where my family gathers all the time. We always have a fire and I always use the fire plugs and ferro rod to start it. I also enjoy having a fresh cup of coffee while out in the woods I often carry my solo stove and use the fire plugs to get the stove going. Great light weight long burning fire starter. Best I’ve ever used.

My very first time trying to use a ferro rod. I cut a third off the starter (I could have used a fourth), fluffed it up, and it lit on the third or fourth stroke! These things are great, and might save my sorry ass some day!

These Fire Plugs take a spark from the Extra Thick Ferro Rod with Steel, that I also purchased, like a charm. They burn for some time allowing me to get my fire going. I love them. They are compact and fit nicely in my Fire Kit. I'm not going into the woods or water without them now!
