This paddle lives up to the hype. I was playing with an elongated power paddle, and the transition to this paddle was an easy one. Love the plush feel and drops into the kitchen are effortless. That being said, it still has a lot of power to put away balls, and I had no problem generating tons of spin. I added a matching purple overgrip (though I'm excited to try neon green too) and 3 grams of weight around the bottom corners to give it a little more heft and plow through. This will be my main p...

Bread & Butter absolutely nailed this paddle. Instantly upon opening it, you can just tell the quality and craftsmanship that was put into this paddle. Aside from it being one of the most unique/awesome looking paddles out there, it makes you feel like a samurai warrior. I've primarily played with Joola Hyperion/Perseus and Six Zero DBD paddles for the last 2 years and can confidently say this is the best paddle I've ever used. It takes a little getting used to, but once you do, oh man this pa...

Let me vociferously shout this out: Doug is my Keith Raniere. I am all in on Bread & Butter. They can do no wrong…and this hat is the personification of perfection. Feels so damn good. And in the desert out here and 115 degree heat in the summer…a hat like this brings me much succor. Went out and ordered the green performance hat one day after getting the white one.

I recently bought my Filth and was immediately impressed. I’m coming from a Joola Hyperion and a Diadem Edge, and to be honest they don’t compare. I rely on a lot of spin on my serve and the Filth has given more than expected. However, it also has a lot of pop that I was not getting with my previous ones. My doubles partner and I both used the filth in a recent tournament and took home the Gold!

Played a total of zero games with it before my son claimed it as his own.. just ordered another for myself but still have 1 more son so hopefully I’ll get a chance to keep this one.. hotter off the face on drives than my CRBN 1 14mm and I seem to pop less up high around the net.. definitely recommend for those looking to achieve buttery smoothness

I shied away from this one originally because I thought I wouldn't be able to harness the pop, but as it turns out it's not too bad switching from a mach 2 forza 16mm. Drives are much easier and have enough power and the rounded bottom edge makes control at the kitchen easier too. I thought it reset better because you just let the paddle do the work and don't have to move your arms as much. I tried the Monarchs, tried the 14mm mach 2; I felt comfortable playing this in two games. I honestly feel...

I read a lot of reviews before I decided to purchased my 1st B&B Filth paddle 3 weeks ago and I couldn't complain it all. my 1st 2 paddles is SLK but this one is wayyyyy better on all my hits in the kitchen, my serve, and in baseline. I have power but this adds more to my power and the control is phenomenal. I love the weight of it, it doesn't hurt my elbow. by the way this is my first carbon paddle and I couldn't happier with my decision, I love the construction of this paddle. The only thing I...

You guys need to get this! This paddle has more power and pop than you usually get from a standard wide body control paddle. Nice plush feel when dinking and resets. Best at the kitchen line with effortlessly hands battle due to the low swing weight. Price was excessive but I used code “ALPHA15” to get a discount. Try it out! I highly recommend to all!

I have been playing with the loco which I absolutely love, but the magnetism of the shogun design lured me in, so I thought I'd try it out. WOW, I am really happy with how it plays like the loco but can generate so much speed. Instant upgrade to my game, and it looks great to boot.

First session was amazing and I immediately made it my primary paddle. I have played similar style paddles that were much more expensive and the filth blows them out of the water. Oh yeah! Use code “ALPHA15” at checkout to receive a discount. Enjoy!

The Fat Boy paddle is a great pick! It delivers fantastic control with a nice big sweet spot, so every shot feels smooth and precise with excellent spin. Plus, it’s not only functional but also super cute and comes with some awesome swag that really makes B&B stand out. I highly recommend this paddle, and I’m definitely looking forward to trying more B&B paddles in the future! You can snag a better price by using the code "BNB".

I started off as an average dad on the court and turned into a paddle wielding Samurai! The packaging and design of this paddle are the best on the industry plain and simple. The paddle itself performs well as more of an all court paddle in my opinion. It just does everything really well, feels great, is forgiving and has a large sweet spot for an elongated paddle. I’m not an ambassador so really have nothing to gain with this review. I just appreciate quality products.

Well after about a year and a few overgrips later i still gotta say the Filth annihilates on the courts and plays just as good as the day i bought it. I was trying to stay in a budget and thought id be annihilated cause i wasnt spending 300 bucks on paddles like my friends but the Filth is on par with the best for just about half the price! And to add to the madness the Filth has a sick design too lol.

Got the paddle 2 weeks ago, and absolutely love it! It has more than enough power when needed, and better than that the added control has allowed me to set the pace of the game and place the ball. It’s very different from any other paddle on the courts, and is an eye-catcher. Great paddle, and a fun unboxing experience. Not to mentioned a great price! Use code “ALPHA15” for a discount.

Been playing with the Filth for months and loved it. Saw the Shogun and knew I had to upgrade. It delivers all the power and the control of the filth, but adds so much spin and feel! 100% Satisfaction. Love BnB for not only offering quality, I competitive equipment, but doing it with thoughtful style and creating experience (with great names and killer presentation - graphics, packaging, etc). Proud to be an Ambassador. I will keep singing your praises. Oh…and if you want to wield this paddle ...

A plethora of paddle companies out there…but none can match Bread & Butter for style, insouciance, and good vibes. And yes: performance! They coalesce all of these attributes and truly makes some of the best paddles in the marketplace. My 2nd Loco and also ordered their new performance hat and shirt. So yes: I guess Doug is my Jim Jones. I will follow this man anywhere. Next up: release the Fat Boy so I can add that to my Bread & Butter collection.

This is really an all-court paddle with lots of power and pop, but also very good in the soft game. Compared to other high-end paddles that I've used, the Shogun covers all bases. I also played with the Filth, equally very good. A personal preference item is that I've added 18 grams of weight to the Shogun, from mid-face to the handle. Seems to enlarge the sweet spot a little but certainly not required. I'm not noticing less hand speed from the weight and like the feel of it.

Use code “BNB15” for 15% off! Damn! This paddle looks great! By far, this is one of the best looking paddles currently on the market. It’s not just pretty, though. The Loco does a phenomenal job at controlling the court. I can softly direct the ball anywhere that I’d like it to go. The paddle is soft and quick at the line, without giving up too much power. All in all, I’d 100% recommend to anyone needing more control in their life!

The way this paddle plays and the price of it are the best deal in Pickleball! I've played with paddles three times the price that fall short of what the Spear can do. I love this paddle so much! Admittedly, I got it just for looks and hype, but after trying it out I’ve decided to make it my main paddle. My control with my drops and dinks feels like it’s improved, the light weight decreases the wrist pain I used to feel when driving and flicking, and even though I’m not used to a wide face (usually an elongated person).. the larger sweet spot might be converting me! Everyone that’s tried out my paddle also seems to love it, especially after I added lead tape. ...

I changed from Selkirk Power Air Epic to the Fatboy. My drive are more powerful and my dink have tons of control. This feels like a complete upgrade for me as the price is even lower. The sweetspot size is the same for these two paddles, but fatboy has the curve at the top, giving it a bonus point of getting stylish.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY FAT BOY! I've been playing almost a year, 3.65 dupr. This paddle is amazing and I can't recommend it enough. The shorter standard shape is WAY FASTER at the NVZ and the lower swing weight is better for long sessions. No more elbow or wrist pain! Those shots that used to go OB are now landing in and where I aim precisely. Dinking is a pleasure too. The kevlar and carbon mix has feel, pop, power and control. My opinion, this is a no compromise all court paddle!

A boost of confidence. I think those are the perfect words to describe this paddle. This paddle allows you to put your mind in the game and forget about the paddle. This Pickle ball Paddle is a game changer! I was borrowing a paddle from a gym I play at and can feel a huge difference using this paddle. Other people have let me borrow their 180 dollar paddles and this paddle has way more pop and preforms better. I feel much more confident in my play and can't wait to get more reps in with the DRIP. I researched paddles for hours trying to find one similar to one I was borrowing ( Gamma) but less expensive. ( 180 bucks expensive!) Imagine my delight when I stumbled on the Drip! I am brand new to pickleball but an experienced tennis player so hopefully this helps anyone with a tennis background and is on the fence about which paddle to purchase. I really enjoy the Shogun because of the mix of both power and control it provides. As a point of comparison, I trialed it along with the Filth at the same time. Such brilliant marketing: insouciance and hip irreverence in spades. But most importantly: these paddles play amazing! Was more a Loco guy—but decided to get Fat Boy and experiment with wide body. I’m new to pickle, about 6 weeks in now. Totally addicted. Did plenty of research after spending a month learning the game and using cheaper “beginner” paddles.
