I got this for a friend of mine. I got my two fur babies from her. This is a picture of her fur baby Susie Q. When I opened the package of the coffee cup, I was flabbergasted. It was everything I was hoping it to be. I'm sure when she receives this mug she will actually cry. You did an excellent job. I cannot wait for the portrait to come. I will definately place another order. This time it will be my two fur babies. OMG you are the best!!! I LOVE IT ❤️

Looks just like the photo I sent 💛🩶cockatiel colors are a little light but look better in the picture I just took. My bunny was perfect. I have had all my 5 dogs done too, my bunny I’ve had over 10 years and my 6 year old cockatiel so they deserve a portrait on my wall. I recommend them highly!

The print came out beautifully. I was able to work with the artist to get the correct head positioning in the shot, which ended up being a different photo submission. The only thing I would change is having less "dead" space in the helmet. Thank you for helping us honor and remember the beloved Cosmo. I lost my little soul mate in May 2023. I was/am devastated. My brother gave me the advice to have this photo made of her so that I could have a giggle when I saw her instead of a cry. Was a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loved it! Said it was the best she’d ever seen. Loved the fact she could see the color of her dogs eyes & her dogs eyelashes. She also liked the fact that the ornament came with a red ribbon, a jute string or gold string to use of your choice. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I didn’t receive a review of what it was going to look like before it was made.
