I was pleasantly surprised that they had sent me a picture for review before sending the canvas for printing. It gave me the impression that they really do care about the product they're giving out and they give the purchaser a chance to see the artwork before and see if they are satisfied with it. Great customer service overall. Shipping was fairly quick as well. The canvas was everything I ever wanted. It is the stupidest purchase I have ever made in the best way possible. I love it so much!
