This is my third time ordering from Crown & Paw over the last four years. Process is still relatively easy and fast. The artist understood most of my edits/requests and I am pretty pleased with the end result which honors my pets who have all passed away. Confused about the tipping process... order in the beginning asked me if I wanted to tip at checkout and I did, but then asked me after I approved my artwork if I wanted to tip again? That's really confusing.

I got this as a holiday gift for my fiance and he went wild for it! 10/10 would get this gift again for his reaction! He laughed so hard and put it on the wall right away (which was crazy, because we have art that we have been meaning to put up for months that was pushed even further to the side). I have a small concern, that is that the blanket looked like it had been stored in a pile and there are many wrinkles in it. I am hoping a gentle lalndering will take the wrinkles out but I don't want to do it myself as it is a gift. We shall see. I am presenting it as a gift in a few days.
