I loved the finished product. There was a delay with my order. I waited 30 days before emailing customer service to find out why I hadn’t been sent a preview to approve. Customer service responded the same day and the next day i was notified that the artwork was ready for approval. After that shipping took about a week. Overall I’m happy with the final product, it just took a long long time.

Love this. Got it for my boyfriend, our dog Roscoe that’s in the portrait went to doggie heaven about 2 months ago.
