The company is great! The customer service was great! They were very black and white and upfront with shipping issues they were having and that was very much appreciated. However, some of the print on the cutouts was off and it left quite a bit of plain white space for a few pieces. Also, 2 pieces were labeled wrong. Very unique piece. It is much smaller in overall size than i was expecting though. All the puzzle pieces popped out perfectly... however one antler cut width is a bit wider than it should be making the portion a bit more flimsy than the rest of structure. Other than that - happy with the design!
