Have you set up the antiskating and counterweight on the record player? That's why it's probably skipping. You also have to use a little weighing scales to weigh the stylus. I think 🤔 it's 2grams. It's all on YouTube. They show you how to do it. I had the same problem before and I thought it was my records. It wasn't, it had to be set up right. The tone arm has to be balanced. It has to be right. I thought I'd help you there.
