Great product! Definitely recommend!!! It was perfect for the gifts I made for my mother and father in law super user friendly. Definitely hold it a good distance away from your project so you don’t burn the outside of the actual marker drawing part.

I’m very disappointed in this product. It looks like my heat gun burn the wood and you can still see pink from the marker. I don’t believe it was ever suppose to be pink at least not from what I saw in the video. I’m not asking for my money back, but I would like replacement markers.
