Tried it with a vinyl stencil that I cut out on my cricut machine… I used Permanante premium vinyl on a charcuterie board ( I use with glass etching.) It unfortunately bleed so I had to sand it down and used a medium I found on you tube that worked great. This may work ok for a free hand design, but was not happy with it on wood using a stencil
