I've used Maker's Magic as a glue to mount a very old map of Switzerland onto a linen backed paper that gets folded. Normally I would use spray glue for this. Not anymore. I've used it as a sealer to prevent the toner on color copiers from cracking on the fold when doing photo edge books And I've used it as a gloss sealer to protect the covers of books I've restored. Sorry, no woodwork. Cut off a finger 50 years ago. Love your product. Moishe the Bookbinder

Hello Scorchies! I’ve never worked with wood slices but thought I’d give it a try with your Scorch Marker Pro. I did two magnets in different styles. The wood slices were easy to use and I had great results with getting the wood burned effect. Will be teaching this class soon! Thank you for a quality product!

I was using ModPodge for adhering paper to canvas, then spraying with gloss when dry. This product dries to a beautiful, hard gloss, and is waterproof when sealed! I use it to coat the canvas, then adhere the magazine paper. I can work faster because it's a one-step product. I do wish it had UV resistance, though.

The binding on this 124 year old book was shot. The glue was no longer holding and the sewn signatures were holding on by a thread (pun intended). One drop of Maker's Magic in each of the 8 needle holes, plus 2 quick coats on the spine and this baby is tight as new. Nothing else like it.

I really like scorch marker, it made holiday gifts especially fun this year! It looks amazing combined with paint marker! Works excellent for my crafting projects. It especially works best on a little bit thicker wood. The ease of it has been great!

Makers magic is ALL I use on my coasters - they truly are waterproof and won’t get gummy if a wet glass is placed on them The ornaments are super fun and super quick to make - actually having a make your own ornament party at a women’s event at our church. I used medical table exam paper, alcohol inks, hot glue and gold gilding wax on a silicone mat which I covered with Makers Magic. I peeled it off and used it to cover journals.

Most of my art has been resin and acrylic flow painting and recently used acrylic pour to add art to jewelry. I love the glass like finish my paintings have with Makers Magic much better than other products I’ve tried. The pics are a display of the jewelry getting ready for an art and craft show. Love using the scorch marker to make these kits for a birthday party. 10 year old girl loves axolotl and her mom couldn't find anything as an activity for her daughters party. Wood squares burned with heat gun and using scorch marker. Color with the markers and put the magnet on the back to display the finished work of art!

Made these ornaments for my friend who got married last week. I used the gloss Maker’s Magic to secure the glitter and seal the painted designs. It held the glitter much better than the floor product that I have used in the past. I had less glitter to clean up too! Definitely a win!! I will be using it again! It’s cost more than other products but I used less and it did a much better job no matter what craft projects I use it for. It cures in 2 days even in our Michigan humidity!!

These are fun to use! I'm planning on using some in a woodworking class I'm teaching (for kids) this summer. I also use them for woodworking we sell at local craft fairs . The image I sent is of a sunflower wind chime that I made. I rusted the chain and fastenings to make the image look old. Very cool idea and safe for kids to use!

I used a sharpie and some gray copic markers to create a Zentangle design on a white yeti cup. I used Scorch Marker’s Maker’s Magic to seal it. I decided to go with the gloss finish. I’m really happy with the result. I haven’t used it that long to really see how it holds up over time. I plan to gently hand wash it.

I absolutely love this product, I'm using it to make wood ornaments for a craft at a kid's summer camp. I love the way they're turning out, and I think the kiddos will enjoy them on their Christmas trees, or just hanging in their rooms.

Never used anything like this before so I apologize if it's not professional or anything, so this is what I thought I would try and see if it would work. My very first time ever using this ( or anything like it ) not the greatest thing but for me it's a start...love this product and so far definitely pleased and price is actually cheaper than it's competitors which is why I ordered this first and definitely happy that I purchased and will definitely order again (as I improve)

Wanted to try the Scorch Marker pen so bad! I used my son's cat, Adele, (as a model) to put on a mini chopping board and I was blown away by how easy the SM pen is to use! Love it!

This was my very first time using this product. It went on way easier than I expected. When I pulled the stencil away it didn’t bleed through and gave me great lines. I was really unsure of how it was going to go since I had purchased the board at dollar general to practice with and it was bamboo and that was not listed as anything recommends. It didn’t get as dark as I wanted but I may try heating it more. Can’t wait to make more.

Used the gloss Maker's Magic to seal all these projects. Love that it dries quickly and you can apply more than one coat per day. It is very forgiving if you use too much. I had it dry cloudy, so I gently sanded off the cloudy part and was able to put a thin layer over the sanded part. Flawless finish!

Made this with the stencil that came with my Scorch Marker and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use!! The stencils they sent however did not stick at all so I had to tape them down but luckily I have a cutting machine to make my own stencils in the future! This was super easy to use and will be doing a lot more wood projects in the future!!

The bamboo lids had issues with mold if left unsealed. I used scorch marker to burn the design and then sealed them with a couple coats of Makers Magic. I found a soft bristle brush and thin layers work best

Tried the gloss as a sealer for 2 projects so far, quick acrylic painting on glass (2layers of gloss to seal) made a huge difference compared to the other type of sealers I used. Stained the back of a wood project, stain had metallic sheen to it and kept coming up I noticed when I touched it. When I was finished I put 1 layer of the gloss down and no metallic came up! It also kept the sheen so no worries about it over powering or dulling it! I figured it would work but not to these results hone...

With Makers Magic I can now use the 1866 photo album. It was falling apart, painted on the Makers Magic let it dry and wallah! It’s flexible enough to leaf through the pages while preserving the leather album cover. Amazing product!

I make jewelry art pieces. I was able to seal the backing (decor foil) then used the product to get the jewelry to adhere to the boards. With other t types of adhesives there were always long strings or strands I had to contend with. It was nice to be able to brush the adhesive on and set my jewelry, smoothly and with purpose. It’s sets up quickly, but not too fast. I could still manipulate the pieces. I’d recommend. Apply in a thin layer, works great.

I give personalized ornaments to my grandkids each year. I missed a few years so this year I played “catch up”. I made two different ornaments but they both incorporate decoupage. The star shaped ornaments are dual sided with the one side having a grinch face and the second side has the kids own photo. I love Maker’s Magic and will be using it again in the future.

This was a repurpose frame. I painted the background white and found these fabric panels of snowmen. I used this magic modge over the white paint and stuck the fabric over top of it and then added another coat of magic modge over top of the fabric. Love that it goes on thinner, and dries super clear but adds that protective coating. I have used on a few decoupage projects so far and absolutely LOVE it!

I've used modge podge in the past to seal my memorial rocks. I've noticed that you can see the brush strokes and it starts to lift if it gets wet. Even the so called dishwasher safe and outdoor. I have been disappointed with those products. So far this product has passed my criteria for my memorial rocks. No brush strokes. Doesn't lift if wet and doesn't lift or change the color of my paints. Exceptional product.
