It's never too late. As a bonus mom and "glam-mommy" my habits changed as my family grew. Reading about "The Habit Loop" helped me understand habit-forming behavior and, most importantly, how to form healthy routines and that it's ok be a little selfish when it comes to what I need to thrive. The chapter reviews are also exceedingly helpful and practical when I need a reminder. I wish this YEARS ago. What a revelation! Highly recommend!

Wish they had had a 2X. These pants are amazing old school quality for when I had high-waisted pleated 100% cotton easily washable pants in the 90s. I searched everywhere online.
