I bought the 20x30 Memobrick Portrait as a surprise birthday present for a friend who I know also likes to do those DIY paint by color canvases. They were shocked when they received it because they weren't expecting a present that they would have to put together- especially one that looked like it would take some time and effort. The image turned out great! The artist I worked with was very attentive to the edits I suggested. I allowed my students (4th & 5th grade) to assemble the Memobrick and they had no trouble following the instructions and layout. Will definitely purchase again!

Everything is fine, no missing or broken pieces. Only issues:
1. my fingers are numb as pressing down the pieces can be hard at time
2. some of the colors are quite similar to each other and that can cause errors
3. more plates than the 5 provided are needed to secure the 4 large panels together

It was a fairly enjoyable experience and everything turned out pretty nice except your website doesn't have a frame the size of my photo, and no one will answer my e-mails about a custom size - which is disappointing from the customer service stand point.

Positive: I really enjoyed this item. The final product is so cute and sturdy. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Negative: I would seriously rethink the naming of the brick colors and the packaging. I was surprised that in this day and age of inclusivity and sensitivity awareness, that the light peach/beige tones are named 'Skin Colour' through 'Dark Skin Colour.' The packaging isn't very recyclable and would be better if the pouches could be biodegradable pouches or recyclab...

This was a fun family project . But My dogs eyes don't seem right . Although it's nice that it comes in 4 sections so the family can work on it . I think it should be all 1 solid piece . I can't seem to get the 4 connected which is going to force me into buying a frame .
