The 20 x 20 frame fits the lego portrait perfectly. And, it is very easy to put together. However, it costs $80, which is outrageous for 4 strips of anodized aluminum, 6 screws, 4 L shaped metal pieces, and 2 small metal pieces to string the picture wire through. This thing should cost $20. It's really a ripoff, but you don't have a choice.

Still work in progress. I really like the printed picture of what it will be and can see it taking place. Only one negative is I've had about 3 bricks be loose fit but that's a very small amount considering the quantity. I'm hoping as I continue to build it they won't be able to fall off but otherwise just as great as the LEGO brick pic I've done recently.

The frame was assembled very easily as shown in the online video and looks very nice! Given the size and weight of a 4x3 frame I was using actual hooks on the wall versus just nails in drywall, and found it difficult to align and engage the hangers (in the orientation shown in the video) with the hooks.

I shipped a memobrick as a Christmas gift to my daughter and her wife. Whey love the concept, but didn't necessarily want a 30x30 of themselves on the wall. They had already contacted the company, and it can be returned and exchanged for another image for a small fee (for restocking the pieces, and shipping), which I am happy to pay. They still get a unique piece of art and the fun of putting it together, plus of a photo they both want to see. I consider this a big win and a great gift.

I was pretty happy with the PhotoBrick part of my purchase. What kept this from being a 5 star review from me is that the site did not make it clear when I placed my order that there is no included way to connect the separate panels of the image together. So I had to come back after giving it as a gift to separately purchase a frame (which, after receiving the frame, I really wish I had NOT done...save your money and find another way to display). The image itself came out great though.

The customer service is really poor. I ordered a gift for my partner's birthday and the box arrived very damaged due to it not being packaged properly. There was no padding so it should be assumed that things are going to arrive damaged. The company took days and days to get back to me, claiming they needed to file an insurance claim. You have to connect the corners and no matter what we did, there’s a gap between each side. But the frame sides are a nice metal.
Also, I thought the backing was also made of brick type material and that you’d attach your completed squares to the back. Instead, the backing is thick cardboard with sticky strips.
