It’s Taken almost 6 months back-and-forth emails about what ignition I needed. First exchange was not even an ignition Start. Then had to be resend, which did not match up with my ignition start. Then back-and-forth emails for about three months of your team telling me it’s not even one of There scooters. they want videos pictures which I sent very clearly. Don’t know how many ignition starters there are but they’ve already sent me two incorrect ones that can’t be that anymore. I asked 10 times ...

Nice scooter but the manual is very vague. Can’t check battery level or know when it is fully charged. Want to change from km to mph but all I can do is change gears and single motor to dual . Really bumpy on gravel thought I had to much air in the tires but this was not the case they call for 50 psi. I have only had it for less than a week so the jury is still out!
