The scooter itself is really good. I recomento it. Very sturdy and powerful. I’m a little over 200lbs and I can still go up any hill in San Francisco with my D6+ With no problem. It’s fun, fast, and really cool looking. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of customer service. The only problems I have is in relations to how well built the rest is. The kickstand is a little wimpy compared to how hefty and well built the rest is. The headlight has a hard to reach screw that is with some jostling is easy to get loose, compared to every other screw that's rock solid tight. Very good scooter could of used better quality bolts tho as they seem quite cheap and brital but aren’t a problem fell of myn doing 36mph with no helmet so I advise wearing one But over all it’s a grate scooter definitely don’t need anything more then this or your asking for a death wish I ride motocross and love ex stream sports but these could be a death sentence in the wrong hands definitely not for children

I really enjoy the NanRobot 6D+ although I can't say the same for the customer service and response time. I am still waiting for a tracking number for an order I placed five days ago. Again, NanRobot does have enjoyable and acceptable products but there needs to be a much better means of contacting customer support and technical service without waiting 1-3 days for a return response.

It is significantly faster than the stock charger. 2nd time using it took 5+ hours to charge the battery. It states it’ll get the job done in 4. 150 bucks is too steep to 5 star for a charger that does not do what it states it will do. Disappointing but still happy I don’t have to wait all day to charge.

Overall great scooter for the price and great speed but I wish I had the option for street tires. The brakes came messed up so I only have the rear brakes and the brake pads have already ran down so I’m buying more and then all brakes will work. The buttons are weak and the headlight button broke already. Also it did not come with a air pump.

I'm 225lbs, so I don't care about speed, I want power and stability. this has both. it has power enough to climb hills on or off road. I purchased with a seat. it would be more comfortable and stable if you could lower the steering stem, it's height while seated took a while to get used to, and doesn't look right. Also could use bigger tires, the motors make up 9 of your 10 inch tires, leaving rubber that just holds a puff of air.

Easy to connect and replace but very difficult to install in the handle bars. I had to use the original case that came in the handle bars just switched the yellow and red buttons.
