I’m very happy with the selection of key caps offered and the customer service. My son’s gaming keyboard had a few missing keys and I was able to order a replacement set with the help of the customer service representative that handled my order. Since my original set had come from Alt I was able to get an exact replacement set!

Im old keyboard had 'F6 F7 F8 F9 F10 F11' under the space bar. I really liked that about my old keyboard. Help me in games where I could switch my keybinds to those mentioned above and use them with my left thumb while not using the space bar. Was really handy is high spaced games.

I bought this keyboard along with the Ultralight mouse and they’re both working great! The switches sound awesome and the keys have a nice texture to them that almost feels grippy and the response time is perfect. Definitely would recommend this keyboard!

It's a nice keyboard with good sound. The spring in the spacebar is funky, but I can change that later. There are a ton of light options and I wish I could lock the choice somehow because I'm always dropping my notebooks on it and accidentally changing it lol. I bought this because of the twitch streamer teonawrites who lists it as a great choice in their profile. I agree that it's a great choice. Thanks!

It looks and sounds fantastic, came out exactly as customized. The USB type c cable is a nice touch as well. Fantastic and worth it for a great 60% keyboard. I also loves the functions for RGB and switching between number and function keys. It also has a built in command for arrow keys. Epic

We got my son a keyboard for Christmas and a few weeks later there was an issue with the space bar due to a small piece breaking. I sent an image in and asked if there was anything they could do. They responded quickly and sent a new keyboard. Very good service!! And my son loves the interchangeable keys.

Very well made. I originally had a full Corsair keyboard that I enjoyed, and I wanted to try out a smaller keyboard for more space. The wait was short and the keyboard was as small as I expected. Trying it out, along with learning how to change the functions of the keys, helped earn this keyboard a permanent spot on my desk. It is not only for great for gaming, but work as well. All in all, I felt I recieved what I expected and am happy with my purchase.

I don’t know what to say. It delivered on time. It was a random desk mat and just happened to be red and black which is exactly my style. It feels great. It’s the same size as my old one so I didn’t have to reorganize my setup at all. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered my keyboard on March 25, 2022, and absolutely love it so far!!! Got the Red Switches since I do play on my laptop every so often, while going to online school and working from home it's quiet, but the sounds are very satisfying to type on. However, when purchasing a 60% keyboard it does take a while to remember that this keyboard doesn't have the physical buttons for Functions or Arrow Keys, but can be enabled on the software of the keyboard.

The biggest thing for me was the no software. And not being able to use the ctrl, fn, shift and print screen buttons as arrow keys like on my anne pro 2. Other than that i enjoy it!

My wife and I were looking for a cool new keyboard to use and we stumbled upon this site through TikTok. The keyboard is clickity clackity and the size was a bit of a adjustment but the keyboard is the focal point of our desk and all our friends say that it looks cool. Color scheme was great and the backlighting added that extra bit to push it over the edge to 5 stars, more if there were more available.

I couldn't have been more disappointed. Not only was the pad higher quality than expected, but the logo was sized perfectly for the pad, and my directions were followed regarding wanting black as the base color of the pad. I was looking forward to low-quality material, a pixelated, poorly-centered logo, and the brightest white fucking pad known to man. Keep up the fair work.

Everything is the specified color, and the texture of them feels nice. I have been using them for a while, although not daily, and nothing has gotten smoothed out from use. No problems so far, which is nice. Would recommend.

I had an issue with my WASD keys not functioning right or not registering, sent out an email, and had my new replacement in less then 3 days and only had to pay the shipping, wonderful replacement going on a week strong no issues at all.

Customer service isn’t so good, I waited 2 months before receiving my stuff and when I reached out they gave me the run around. When I placed my order a few days go by and I had already received a deliver date for the following week, ended up getting it 2 months later. Very inconvenient but the product is good no complaints with that.

Mousepad is great but the experience was awful. Paid for 5-7 day shipping or whatever the standard shipping was and it wound up taking over a month to get the product. Contacted support multiple times to try to get a new eta and was just told that there were delays. Basically no help at all there. Like I said the mousepad is great, but I would have gone with someone else if I know it was going to take that long to get it.
