Es gab Probleme mit der Lieferung über DPD, ich wurde aber sofort direkt von Woofpalace kontakiert & dann hat alles super geklappt. Vielen Dank für die Bemühungen. Der Hund meiner BF ist bereits 12 & sehr krank, sie hat geweint vor Rührung weil sie ihren kleinen Held jetzt immer bei sich tragen kann. DANKE für die tolle Arbeit. Very cute and looks very luxe. Its the personal touch of a hand drawn image that sets these apart. The charm is VERY small however, smaller than i expected but i don't see that as a nagative. I compare it to getting ingraving on the inside of a ring, It makes the piece more of a genuine piece of jewellery and wearable as its only a subtle nod to your pet rather than a big key ring with their face on for everyone to see. Love.

My mom loved it, so cute and love how you added a polishing cloth, cute. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas, because it got lost in the danish postsystem the 23. I was told that, if it is a (dpd?) German package, it most often get lost in the danish system, because they don’t know how to handle it or something. So, if you can, send it to Denmark with GLS, Bring, DAO or FedEx. I wish your business the best of luck and success in the new year❤️
