But Clarize and her team made a new one immediately and sent it via express delivery at no further costs for us so it arrived on time as a birthday present. I love it! Great detail engraved on such a tiny pendant, smaller than my fingernail. I would also like to highlight the great customer service, collaboration, quality of product and speediness. My order arrived 5 days after I placed it. Also, I have very sensitive skin but so far I have not had any severe reaction to the jewelry.
