The raffia grass works great with my blind's stubble straps. I just took the different bundles and mixed them all together. There isn't a definite color anywhere that way.

Great quality grass. I went to raffia grass for my duck boat after being disgusted with the palm reed approach. Palm reeds just don't hold up to being wet and dry. If they make it two seasons you're doing well. Raffia is just as strong, if not stronger, it holds up to trailer wind speeds, and has natural hydrophobic properties that make it last so much longer. 22lb cattails 1652 G3 with Beavertail 1600 Looks great, 22 lbs is more than enough to cover a 16ft blind that has a camo skin already. I have 5-6 lbs leftover. Takes time... About 10 hours for this one, but I think it will be worth it.

Definitely a better product than most. Colors I ordered were not quite what I thought I was getting. Ordered olive, but was more gold. Medium brown had a maroon hue to it. The birds will let me know, they are the true critics. You guys should come up with a corn husk like material, I'd buy the hell out of it.

I ordered raffia grass from J Stern maybe 13 years ago and loved the product and pricing, and the raffia held up extremely well. I was able to reuse some of the grass on various blinds through the years. I recently reordered more raffia for a new boat blind and again the product, pricing, and service was terrific. This product works very well to camouflage a boat blind. It took all of the 33 pounds to cover a 16 foot beavertail blind. A bit messy during the process but very well worth the finished product.

The timber color looks unnatural. It's too pink. Maybe it will fade in time but it.doesnt look good for now. With the cattails colors you could give a quarter of the dark brown and add more of the tan colors. Where I'm at you don't need equal parts dark brown

The raffia grass bundles were in good shape, no mold as I have experienced in some fast grass products. This product was clean! However the box they came in was torn and partially crushed, not sure if this was on the part of the delivery company? Never the less, the sand, tan and olive grass looks great, is durable and will be great for my boat blind

I've been using Raffia since the late 80's and it's helped harvest a lot of waterfowl and deer. The Raffia from you will do the same no doubt, one distinct difference when your unwrapping the hanks, preparing and using the material the lack of waste is noticeably apparent ! All the Raffia is cut to the same length, no short bits falling about. I'll never buy from anywhere but Stern !!!
