I didn't feel anything it was such an improvement.. I've had tattoos before without the numbing cream and I've felt such a difference.. I was able to sit and read through my boney a$$ shin getting tattooed. I was SO impressed with how well this stuff worked! I NEVER leave reviews for a product either, but I felt this warranted one. You often hear ”a tattoo is suppose to hurt ” but why be in agony if you don’t have to? I was skeptical that it would work but was amazed by the result. I can’t recommend this product anymore than I already have. I’d give it 10 stars if allowed. Zero pain for first 3.5-4 hours and then minimal pain for the final 4 hours, then came the white at the end, pain went to 4 but hell that’s white. My artist was needing to take breaks not me. Could have sat the entire session.

My recommendation is to make sure you cover more than how large you think the tattoo will be. I knew getting a foot tattoo was going to be painful, no doubt. I applied a bunch of cream on my foot and around my ankle, wrapped it up and waited 90 minutes. I think me walking around caused some cream to not saturate the top of my foot, but everything else was numb. It worked like a charm and took the edge off! I was able to relax without the pain.
