This stuff is the real deal. Like others have said, it does wear off after a few hours so beware for larger pieces. I just had the start of a new piece and until the very end, I felt absolutely nothing. Tattoo came out beautifully. Will definitely continue to use the product, 10/10

I will always purchase/recommend this product, I never feel a thing unless I’ve forgotten a small section to numb but because you don’t feel the tattoo the little bits you do miss and they may go over is tolerable until they get back to the numbed area. Best available...I dodmt feel a thing or flinch until about 3 hours in. This is the 2nd time I've used this product. My wife has also used this product on her whole side of her body tattoo, she fell asleep during her appointment.. def 5 star product. Will never get tattooed again with out it. This one was more line work then shading but I did not feel any of it! My upper arm was more detailed and I had to reapply in the middle once he was ready to do the shading but the majority of it was painless! Definitely have to wrap where it is applied or it does not work as well and do it for at least 2 hours. I had better results the longer it stayed wrapped! A little goes a long way and I now have a stockpile of this to continue my tattoo obsession!

This cream is amazing, this piece is on my stomach and I didn’t feel any of the line work and most of the shading. This was a 4 hour tattoo so by the end it wore off a bit , but we decided not to go back and add more as the instructions say to do. I have since used this cream on 5 tattoos after this. 10/10 recommend. It’s amazing. Painful tattoos are a thing of the past for me. I will use this cream forever!!!!

Highly recommend for large areas or long sessions. After working on one area for a while, it starts to fade but is still worth it. It goes far - 1.5 tubes covered my upper back. Definitely apply at least 90 minutes prior to the session and leave plastic wrap on the areas you’re not tattooing until your artist is ready to work on that area. It causes some redness in the area that you apply it.

Got my latest grandson added to the rest of the grandkids pride that was done a couple of years ago..didn't feel a thing. Also got a tattoo done on my ribs which was weird because I was always told it will hurt like he'll, but I didn't feel any pain and the cream lasted about 6 hours. This cream is amazing I was pain free until the end when he was highlighting the piece and that is because they are working on already worked on areas, it took him less time as he didn't have to worry what I was feeling so better for me and him and my wallet. We applied the tattoo numbing cream as directions instructed and the tattoo artist removed the cream and started the tattoo. I did not fell anything until the end of the tattoo as we took a few 30 minute breaks total tattoo time actually under 4.5 hrs. This stuff actually works great I have no complaints. I ordered this for my wife after she used it then I used it. I have recommended this to the tattoo artist in the studio and the now use it too.

I’m extremely ticklish on my back. Add that with the feeling of being tattoo’d and it’s the reason why I haven’t finished my back in 20 years. I'm a tattoo artist, this was my clients first ever tattoo so I wanted him to have the best possible experience. We were both very happy with the cream. I love how the skin doesn't get red until I finish tattooing, and trust me that is not the case for any other tattoo cream there is on the market. Wish you guys had an shopping option for EU citizens without us havin to pay those crazy customs but I am still soooo happy with this product and use it frequently.

Used it on the inside of my elbow which has been a very tender, painful spot worked like a charm. I am on blood thinners which usually means a lot of wiping when the artist is working. Did a really great job numbing the area. This was the first ever time I have used numbing cream when getting tattooed and I was absoultely amazed with the results. It lasted 6 hours and I did not feel a thing.
