I’m a uk 8/10 and a S fits just fine with even some room left. When I pull up the skirt to my belly button it sits just below my knees (I’m 5’5) and when placed around the hips it sits by my shins. The skirt has stretch but nothing crazy. It has two layers and the flowery layer does move a little bit when walking. This can be easily fixed by pinning the two layers together, but personally it doesn’t bother me. The second layer it’s orange. But overall it’s a cute skirt
