I would find another way to ship all 4 of my signs were bent. So was sad about that. They arrived late. Paid 19.95 to express ship by Dec 23rd and received last one yesterday. I feel reimbursement needs to happen.

I was very satisfied with the product. I was not impressed with how the shipping was handled. My sign came in a bubble envelope. When I received it, it was bent. Had to flatten it and the fish on the end of the sign was pretty bent, thought I was going to loose it. Maybe start sending by protecting the pieces with cardboard or special mailing instructions. Nice craftsmanship with very detailed details. The only negative is I wished they had shipped it in something other than a bubble envelope. It arrived with a minor bend but was able to straighten it out. Just needs more support in package. Otherwise, very happy with purchase.
