Easy to install and the best looking slimline weather shield that you can buy for the VW TCROSS. Initially, when you close the window it hits the edge of the shield and won’t close but if you pull out the shield while closing, it will go through. Perfect fit, quality components supplied. I was after a tougher look but not over board large diffuser fins. I think this works perfect as slightly more aggressive but has a OEM appeal as well. No dramas fitting over R400 exhaust. Hardest part was removing old diffuser.

I have never experienced such AMAZING customer service. I paid extra for a signature required delivery but Couriers Please left item at house with no one home and signed for the delivery themselves. I contacted Zero Offset via email and they contacted me via mobile phone IMMEDIATELY. They instantly offered to refunded the additional paid for signature delivery and they had already contacted Courier Please expressing their extreme dissatisfaction.
