The product is very good. However, we did not get the product we ordered (with remote control). Upon inquiry the mistake was admitted, and we were told to return it. However, no offer to pay for the postage was made. Your policy states returns must be paid for by the purchaser. The issue here is that the mistake was not made by us. As yet no response has been received after our complaint.

Shopping with Yellow Tree is easy and pricing was competitive. Customer support provide a great service too if you have any queries. The coffee capsule holder is perfect as you can store a good selection of pods in the slide out drawer. I have been able to place my coffee machine and coffee frother on the glass top as well. It looks great and everything you need is all on one spot. Would definitely recommend this product.

I placed a drink can so you can see they are a great size. I can now warm up my pizza and pies ect without the food going soggy in the microwave. I use at least one of the products each day. So easy to clean, just wipe it out, nothing sticks.

I love toasties but as a bit of a minimalist I didn’t want to but an electric sandwich maker. I also never ‘impulse buy’ so was a but dubious when I saw the toastie maker on social media. After reading the positive reviews i took a chance - and love it. Simple to use, the toasties come out perfect and its easy to clean. Its also just the right size for ‘street food’ sized taco tortilla wraps!

Read *a lot* of reviews before I took a punt.
Wanted a ‘toastie’ maker and chose the long grill instead because it allows non-square bread and a bit thicker.
Takes up less space than an appliance and will undoubtedly live longer.
Bread: may need to nuke a bit longer than planned to achieve the crispy grill marks.
Meat: preheat your grill.
Great for work and work travel where you may only have a microwave, or are worried about contaminants...

I have seen the adds for the microwave toasted sandwich maker, and I all ways thought of it as bs. After about 1 year I bought one. What can I say. OMG it actually works. I’m a train driver and I take it on the train and use it all the time. I tell everybody at work they should buy one. I all so use at home as it’s a lot easier then dragging my sandwich press out. But to me it’s better than a sandwich press. If I had a pool room, it would be going straight to the pool room.

I was a bit sceptical on how this would really work in the microwave. It was fantastic and so quick to make my toasted sandwich for lunch. I bought another one for my daughter in law,
she actually used it to heat up some sausage rolls for her lunch. I would certainly recommend it and the clean up job is just a quick wipe over of the plates, and it is ready to use again. Great invention!
