This company REFUSES to communicate. I’ve purchased many tags from them and the last two orders were a nightmare. This last one was shipped to a completely wrong address after I made sure to confirm (without a response) the shipping address. It took 3 months only to find out it went to a totally different address and the third party shopping company couldn’t track it down so it was therefore lost.
