I ordered paint online a few days before pickup to avoid waiting in the store. Through no fault of their own, the store had to send away for the base paint in order to fulfill the order. They were so nice and apologetic for having no way to contact me to let me know of the delay. More a systems issue than negligence on their part. I had to return later in the day when the store was busy for another wait. Total wait time was about a half hour. Should have just ordered in the store. Same wait time...

I received my email the paint was ready for pick up, but when I showed up, they were unable to find my order and spent nearly 30 minutes calling other stores, asking other colleagues, to finally decide to make the paint I ordered from my email confirmation.
