Exactly what I needed. This paint was used by my home builder to paint the interior of my home. I needed some as the spare I had dried out. I went to my local Dunn Edward’s and I was told it was discontinued. I did quick search online and found it. It arrived promptly and it was the exact paint I needed.

I received an email the order was ready to be picked up. Went to the store. The system does not coordinate with the store, the order wasn’t even known by the employees until I arrived. My local store in Peoria AZ is amazing and they had it ready in minutes. Next time I’ll just go in and order. The online ordering is not efficient. I was grateful that you offer the app for viewing the color on our home before I have to decide what one to purchase. I wish I could have looked at more samples before being charged $25 to have additional options showed. The color card is very handy. The adhesive held the color card in place on the wall but released cleanly and quickly when I moved it to the door. Desert Sage is a beautiful color, soft and serene, like being out in nature. I definitely will use it for my next project!

In Washington State, I unfortunately did not have a local store and called one in California. Brentwood I believe. The representative was so helpful with assisting my questions about primers and ensuring my project was well thought through. He even found an ordering discrepancy on the website.

I live in a state where there is no Dunn-Edwars (and it really sucks) but I still go to California or Arizona once a year and stock up on shirts and recently a jacket hoodie and the hoodie is so nice (especially for the price) that i wished i grabbed two instead of one but now i found a place to order them from . Shane was very attentive and listened to our likes and dislikes, took in the style of our home and came up with 4 color schemes. Seeing the color scheme of our home in your photo program made the difference. We now have the paint samples and are interviewing several painting contractors. I will share the before and after pictures when the project is completed. I would definitely recommend using a paint consultant for your next painting project.

What a phenomenal product! Finally an interior / exterior caulking that doesn't shrink and crack. Does what the old big stretch used to do, however tools much better for fine detail interior work. As an added bonus, it dries harder than a traditional latex caulking meaning it has better resistance to dirt accumulation.

the only thing that was an issue is your shop program insisted on using our billing address as the ship to address... causing some consternation as it was an in-store pickup. On a previous order, the ship to address was the pickup store.

Not ordering with dunns was a mess. Extremely difficult not user friendly and no one from the stores know how to use it. It goes to one location then they send that to location you want. Problem is they did not transfer notes and options on order not there. For example: I wanted my primer tinted. No option in order so I put it in notes. Since notes don’t get forwarded to pick up my order was wrong.
