Ordered online about 30 minutes before closing night before. Didn't expect to get same day, but would like to get it early in morning. Came into the store at around 7 am to see if I can get the order before the 9 am time and associate said do not see my order. The system has not submitted the store the order yet. How is this even possible that the online order did not transmit overnight?

Clerk complained about new computer system not notifying them of online purchases. If that is the case, then adjustments need to be made to the system or store personnel have to check on line as a normal SOP everyday.

The color and quality of the paint is great. My compliant is the website. There is a pop-up that occurs (Contractor account) every time you click on any new page. So as I was trying to determine which sheen/paint type as pop up would come up and wipe out the selection I had made.
In the end I ended up ordering eggshell instead of the Low sheen that I wanted. The eggshell is VERY Shiny still. I know I should have double checked the order- but trying to use the website is almost impossible...

I really wish that the names of your products for indoor and outdoor applications were not so similar. I needed exterior paint which is called Spartashield, but I accidentally ordered interior paint which is called Spartawall. So I wasted $100 ordering paint that I now cannot use. Perhaps during the process on the website you can maybe have a button that says do you mean to order interior or exterior? I don’t know, but I was very annoying to find out ordered the wrong thing.
