First of all the quality and packaging are so cute! Super soft and beautifully made, love the comb. It did take me a couple of tries a) to get the twisting technique right, and b) to figure out whether damp or dry hair was best. Dry over night works well for me. Don’t give up on it, takes a bit of practice.
