My order was quite complicated. Wanted one sent to New York and one to come to Australia but only had to order once. Also wanted Mom changed to Mum and Dad included. Nothing was too much trouble. Haven't seen the one in New York but our son is delighted with it. Our daughter's one arrived here and it is fantastic. Can't recommend this company highly enough.
