I initially wasn't sure about the magic ball, but wow is it my favourite now! It makes such a satisfying clicking sound when you roll the chain around the ball, rubbing it between your hands is soothing, and as someone who rubs their fingers together a lot when anxious I find rolling the ball around between my fingers simulates my natural fidgeting really well.

I bought the 'Large plus a bit' size and this fits great (I have an 18cm wrist circumference). Its pressure is about that of a scrunchie, which I think is more tolerable for longer wear. Otherwise, I will roll it up and down my arm for a gentle spikey arm massage. The oil slick colour is just so beautiful. It's constructed really well and the packaging kept it safe.

This is most used Kaiko product. It's a firm fit and as such will give a more intense physical feeling. I like using it when I feel extra jittery or I'm reading something dense and it helps to keep me focused. I just roll it up and down repeatedly on my fingers, swapping fingers as I go. Love these fidget pals!! My favourites are the caterpillar, hand roller, finger spikey, centipede, the cog and the loop – but I use all of them, changing it up as needed. They definitely help with focus/anxiety/distraction from nail biting/picking. I'll be ordering more to take to work, since they look subtle, sturdy and about as grown-up as fidgets will get. 💗

This is by far my favourite fidget. I keep it on my bag, so when I’m on the bus or in a movie theatre and get the urge to pick at my skin, nails, or scalp, I can just press my finger pads into the spikes and instantly feel calmer.
