5 Stars! I ordered this insert and it arrived quickly. The 1st one received had some damage to the frame and a panel of glass shattered. Emailed customer service and they sent a replacement the same day. It arrived quickly also. Easy install (if you don't have to square out the window as I did). This is exactly the look I wanted! Modern and lets more light in!

It was easy to install, as I followed the instructions the manufacturer provided with the product. Easy replacement! Measure carefully, follow the instructions and it is a smooth experience. We were replacing broken panels as part of a home renovation and this was a good solution for the budget. About 45 minutes per panel for us, including cleaning up the old seal material from the original windows.

We love this product. It’s exactly how it was described and does the job of adding light to the foyer. We painted it to match the door and installed some cling film for privacy. The packaging is excellent and communication after the sale is outstanding.

Quality was much better than local box store products. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had to replace a rotted portion of the door frame along with the old rotted threshold. Shipping both times was very fast. Be sure to measure your old threshold carefully. I didn't and after the first threshold arrived I found this door had a 32" threshold where other doors in the house were 36." I now have a 36" threshold in stock for future use.

With assistance, so as not to have the sash break into a million pieces, was able to install in about 30-40 minutes. Looks so much better than the original with the crackes that developed. Took longer to get the "plugs" into the screw holes than another part of installation! LOL

Great kit. Super easy to do, rough cut and place the window in the door. Get the perfect fit and screw the two halves together. Took me under 20 mins to measure, cut, install window. Would absolutely purchase again!!!

We love our new low e glass. Love the built in blinds. Replaced glass in about 30 minutes. Glass is a huge upgrade over non-low e glass that was originally in door. I would grade replacement difficulty on scale of 1-10 at 3.5 - follow instructions and don't overtightened screws. I would definitely recommend second person to help put pressure on glass while installing screws. New white plastic frame that comes with door is strong and sturdy.

I am absolutely in love with this door insert. I was looking for a new door insert with built-in blinds for my bedroom. I found PEASE via Google and decided to give them a shot. The door insert arrived without issue and was a breeze to install. I removed the old insert, cleaned the door and had the new PEASE insert installed in 10 minutes. This is a quality made insert. Was super easy to install and it works so smooth and looks amazing. Tek Tip: to remove old plugs if you have them, use a drywall screw, screw into the middle of plugs and they pop right out.

The installation was easy. You do need 2 people and we just love everything about the look. We had a blind company come out they gave us a quote of $900.00 just for the door and you would have a 3" header sticking out and slapping everytime you opened or closed the door. Customer service is excellent and the windows were here within the week!

First one we ordered shattered…have no idea why. We didn’t do anything to cause it, we have replaced two inserts with no problem, but it shattered while tightening the last screw. Called CS and they gave us $40 off the second one which barely covered shipping. This one went in fine, doing the exact same thing as before. $400 turned into $800 right before Christmas, but what are you going to do?

Before and after pics. The threshold arrived in a timely manner and was easy to cut and install. We did have to remove parts of the side jamb due to the existing floor but there was a lot of dry rot there anyway. Height adjustment of the threshold was easy and I now have no worries about moisture intrusion anymore.

This was a terrific project for us. We ordered the window kit only to find out that the windows were backordered but they came in in a few days. They shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. The project only took about an hour to complete. The hardest part was the cleaning of the window inserts. The actual installation was easy to complete. Loved it!!!!

Simple to navigate the website to locate the glass and frame kit I needed. Easy to measure old window and apply to the new window kit i needed to order. It took 2 days to receive the order. Installation of the new glass and frame kits went very smooth, and problem free. Took a total time to install of 1.5 hrs start to finish. After getting quotes from $3k to $5k for a replacement door with windows for my new home I was looking for alternatives and found your website. One of the panes broke and I was either looking at $4-500 to replace the door and framing or $130 for a new double pane window. I dark door exposed to the sun for years resulted in trim cracking and the seal being ruined.
