I'm a Vietnam combat veteran with two Purple Hearts with the second one awarded after being hit by an enemy mortar which almost killed me. Spent three weeks on the hospital ship USS Repose AH-16 and then was flown back to the US. A horrific event in my life after being drafted. Did go through Advanced Infantry Training at Tigerland in Fort Polk, LA. Love the tee-shirt and am impressed with the quality and the fact that it is Made in the USA!!

I love the DD214 shirts. I have two. I only which there was a bigger contrast between the shirt and the color of the DD214. Like the dark grey / with white letters. What happened to the other color shirts?
