I would like to say the product is beautiful however I bought 3 of these key rings and as I wanted to present them to my children I found there were only two sponge backboards. When I tried to contact the company to send out another they told me to buy one myself and they would recompense me. I cannot find this item as it’s specially made for this particular box. I asked if they would send one out again but then gave up as this company were doing nothing about sending the missing part.

The bracelet is very nice, well made and perfect, the only problem I purchased size 13years to Adult. He has just turned 13. Sadly he will not be able to wear it as it is very small. I realise it is my fault as it did have the measurements, had I searched for them. So if purchasing it get a larger size. I am in Australia so the cost was a lot higher.
