This product works...I just wish it worked faster! My nails got hosed with a dip manicure lifting and water getting between the polish and the nail. This product is getting ride of it slowly but surely. As far as I know, it is the best solution and there is no "quick fix" for nail mold or fungus. Even laser treatments take place over months...sigh. For now, this is getting rid of my issue.

I will definitely come back and update my review but I at least wanted to say after having this cream for about 2 days, I love the way it feels after applying. It has a really nice soothing cooling feeling to it which has alleviated the pain I get where my veins are the worse. I am going to use it regularly and come back with an update on appearance of veins. I took a before picture and I am looking forward to comparing it after using for a while.

I am a huge fan of this cream since it really does lighten up my spider and varicose veins. Results were noted in approximately seven to ten days and the veins kept getting lighter to the point of being barely visible. No this cream did not make my veins disappear totally but it did provide enough lightening that they are not glaringly obvious. FYI you really have to rub it in with firm pressure to achieve results.
