One of the strings had a flaw in it and I reported it to them and they sent me a new packet of them at no cost and were very apologetic. I’d definitely buy it again not just because of their great customer service but because it’s a lot of fun!!!

Same string set that comes packed with the zipstring. I have no idea where else to find loops of this specific size and length so these are definitely clutch if you lose/damage/wear out your initial strings. I bought an extra pack as backup and a stocking stuffer.

This thing is SO COOL! The only reason for 4 stars is that it tangles very easily. We broke a string within a few hours of having it due to it tangling in the gears. Thankful that it came with so many extra strings! My little Spiderman is excited to show it off on Halloween.

My son about to turn 5yo absolutely loved it. Even the adults in the house loved it. I will say the first hour was the hardest with multiple tangles. I spent half the time detangling the ropes instead of playing, but once we moved to the smaller ropes the problem got less frequent.

This is an awesome company! The day we got our zip string one of these zip strings started to fray. I sent them an email and explain to them what had happened and they had a replacement set of zip strings not only the one that was frayed but a brand new pack of the assorted ones in the mail the next day! They responded to me within an hour and after providing my Amazon Order # and a photo of the broken device, I received a notification that a new one was in the mail.
