I am in love with this bag and cannot get enough compliments on it! The only off putting part I have experienced is that the packaging is very tight, causing the bags straps and parts of the bag bent upon arrival and an odd plastic smell on the bag. I’ve been working on getting the leather to warp back into shape. Hopefully some more wear will get the smell out.

Exceeded expectations. Fabric soft and not plasticky, cross body sash very comfortable. I got the white and was pleased it was a soft creamy off white and not stark. The internal dividers are a bit flimsy but that’s the only negative. Fits well to the body and strap easy to adjust.

The bag is great - although a bit smaller, than I thought: if the Mac and something else like a water bottle are inside you are not able to close it anymore. The smell was a bit too strong at the beginning, gone after a week. Also while ordering it stated I can return the bag if I would not like it, however once the delivery information was submitted it said 'return is not possible'. Happy i still liked it and do not have to send it back.

The quality is good, they even sent me an extra strap, so it's shorter.
The company was in contact with me, they sent me a tracking number and as they say, the waiting time is between 6- 14 days- i got my order somewhere around the 12th day.
