Very happy with the quality of the glasses and decanter. Not all of my requested personalisation was engraved - unsure if this was due to lack of space or miscommunication. The box looks great! Unfortunately the bottom of mine was hanging off so had to use super glue to stick it back on. Delivery was very quick!

I truly loved the product and how fast the shipping was to the US. There was one small thing that could be improved. All of the letters were capitalized on two of the rows but on the third row it was a mix of upper and lowercase, which was different than how I typed it in. I would’ve preferred for it to all be consistent. Otherwise, I loved the item and so did the person I gifted it to.
