Fabulous customer service. I had a wee query and my email was answered almost immediately, so I then placed my order. The colour is a true reflection of the photo on the website and size is perfect, just as described. The quality of the cashmere is outstanding and I suspect this is from a high end brand as I have an identical jumper in another colour from that brand which was a lot more expensive than this one! I’m looking forward to wearing it when the season changes!

I thought this might be a bit small when looking at the given measurements but it is just perfect for me. Quite light in weight but very warm to wear. Gorgeous olive green which goes well with so many other colours. Good to wear as a jacket in the autumn, and as an extra warm layer in winter.

Another great NNC acquisition. One piece of feedback though - I don't fully understand how the sizing categorisation works. I've learned over time to pay careful attention to the numerical measurements in the description, more than the overall size. I'd see myself more as an XL, but found this one in the L section, with numerical measurements which worked for me, and sure enough it was a perfect fit. I've also had the reverse issue though, buying an XL which was way too 'snug'

Bought the fingerless gloves as a gift so haven’t actually tested them out myself but they looked and felt great, beautifully packaged and a gorgeous vibrant green. The delivery was super speedy too which is great for a last minute gift. My only issue ,as I gift is that I didn’t I really didn’t want to put the card with the gloves that said second hand cashmere it would have felt better if it had said recycled cashmere somehow .

Really pleased with this great little gadget. It looks great and it’s really easy to hold and use. I’ve refreshed all my cashmere jumpers with it since it arrived last week and it works beautifully, de-bobbles quickly and easily and gives great results. I’ve charged it fully once using the USB and it’s still going strong. It was a bit more expensive than some but I knew it would be well tested by the guys here and it’s definitely worth it. What a beautiful colour! I got it in large and it's the perfect fit. Not too tight, not too slouchy. I am size 14 on top, 34 / 36 band on a bra but a larger (f) cup size. The large is perfect and with only being a petite with a shorter arm these sleeves are just great. Happily buy again from nnc

This is a lovely soft grey cardigan. I'm a petite height 5 foot and usually size 14 top to accommodate my curve. I'm short waisted, but this cardigan falls just at the right length below the natural waist line I love it and I also bought a similar one in pale pink. I used to dye my dark ash blonde hair but now I'm rocking the natural grey look. My eyes are medium cool hazel. I do seem to have a cool neutral tone now, whereas my colours were neutral, never warm.
