I have worn it with a patterned harbour top underneath.
I am 5’4” and a size 8-10 (a size 10 on the bust). My bust size is 30F and I measure just under 36”, and with a harbour top underneath it still feels very comfortable.
The waistcoat is slightly more roomy with a thinner t- shirt.
