This must be my fourth or fifth purchase from Nearly New and I was thrilled to find a cardigan with a collar± The parcel was delivered by Royal Mail to someone else unfortunately, and I was really upset. I got in touch with NN and was immediately reassured that they would help. I was advised to wait the statutory time but two days later my parcel appeared outside my door! The cardigan is a perfect fit ; just what I wanted and I am so pleased both with the product and the service from Nearly New....
