This is a new type of shopping experience for me and as a result I only purchased 1 scarf. I didn’t want to fill the basket and perhaps not get anything so just quickly bought one. I’m not keen on the element of competition although I can appreciate that it’s a very good marketing ploy. However, as a scarfaholic I am very pleased with the quality of the product and it was true to the description. Thank you.

An easy transaction and a very nice scarf. The site works well and communication was great. However, notifications from Royal Mail were infrequent. I'd also liked to see more than just one photo for each scarf--mostly, it's the more expensive ones that are shown flat. When scarves go online and you have to choose quickly, it can be hard when all you see is a draped version, which does not always give you a full idea of what the scarf really looks like.
